Jam Republic

Jam Republic is a Singapore-based dance agency known for representing top choreographers and dancers across the global stage. Founded in 2009 by Nicholas Ong (aka Nick Six) and Joel Gallarde, the agency supports talent through choreography services, brand partnerships, workshops, and international bookings.

In 2023, Jam Republic entered the competitive spotlight by assembling an international all-female team to compete on Mnet’s Street Woman Fighter 2. The TEAM, made up of dancers from New Zealand, Australia, China, Samoa, and the United States, finished as runners-up and gained wide recognition for their versatility, cohesion, and performance discipline.

That project marked Jam Republic’s expansion from talent management into forming competitive teams. Building on that momentum, the agency launched a Southeast Asia franchise team for the IDL, establishing itself as a multi-country presence within a league-based format.
