Jam Republic is a Singapore-based dance agency that’s recently gained global attention as the architects behind a powerhouse all-female international dance team. Founded in 2009 by Nick and Joel, Jam Republic represents elite choreographers and dancers—supporting their clients in booking, brand partnerships, choreography services, and global workshops.
In 2023, Jam Republic assembled a standout female crew—composed of five top dancers from New Zealand, Australia, China, Samoa, and the US—to compete on Mnet’s Street Woman Fighter 2. The squad—featuring Kirsten, Latrice, Ling, Emma, and Audrey—became instant cult favorites, earning first runner-up on the show for their diverse styles and cohesive teamwork . Credited to the agency, this team represented Jam Republic’s move from talent management into forming competitive, televised dance units.
Jam Republic’s international reach deepened in 2025 when they launched a Southeast Asia franchise team to participate in the International Dance League (IDL)—an emerging global dance competition modeled after professional sports leagues. The SEA roster was officially announced by the agency earlier this year, positioning Jam Republic as a multi-country franchise in the budding league.
