Jam Republic Has Unfinished Business

March 10, 2026

IDL saw Jam Republic in 2025. They just never saw the full team.

Before the 2025 Launch Event, visa complications kept 5 of their 20 dancers off the floor. The choreography they had spent months building had to be reworked days before they competed. Jam Republic took the floor with 15 dancers and competed anyway. But the IDL never saw what Jam Republic could do at full strength.

The 2026 Season Roster is the answer to all of it.

The Team They Always Wanted

Founded in Singapore in 2009 by Nicholas Ong and Joel Gallarde, Jam Republic has spent 15 years building one of the most respected dance agencies in the world, with partnerships across more than 30 studios in over 20 countries. The 2026 Season Roster is that network operating at full capacity: 25 dancers from 10 countries, representing the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, China, and the United States. This is a Pro Team built to carry the best of Southeast Asia onto a global stage and prove that the region belongs at the top of the Pro Division.

The Credentials

Jam Republic The Agency represents some of the most in-demand choreographers in K-pop. Their credits include BLACKPINK, TWICE's "Fancy", and the choreography behind Netflix's K-Pop Demon Hunters. On the IDL Season Roster, Mavy Marquez arrives as a 2024 HHI World Champion. Jam Republic finished 1st Runner-Up on Street Woman Fighter 2 in 2023 and won Street Dance Girls Fighter 2 as crew masters.

That is the organization this Pro Team represents.

Ones to Watch

Miyabi Koyama already has history with Jam Republic before stepping onto an IDL floor. The 20-year-old from Japan competed alongside the Pro-Team on Street Dance Girls Fighter Season 2, pushing through injury to help Jam Republic win the competition. She knows what it takes to win with this organization. Now she gets to do it in the IDL.

Julian Deguzman built his reputation through NBC's World of Dance, where he competed across two seasons and reached the Divisional Final. He currently serves on faculty at Kaos, one of the most respected dance conventions in the world. At 24, he brings competitive pedigree and industry credibility to a roster that already has plenty of both.

Ling Zhang performed at Super Bowl LIV alongside Jennifer Lopez and carries credits from Street Dance of China Season 4. She holds 285K followers on Instagram and was part of the Jam Republic team that finished 1st Runner-Up on Street Woman Fighter 2 in 2023. She is not new to big stages.

Danzel Marsono is an avid battler who has taken the international Waacking/Whacking freestyle scene by storm. Winning events like SDK Asia 2017, Revelation: Show Yourself 2018, Get Up 'n Get Down 2019 in Hong Kong, Ocean Battle Session 2019 in Taiwan, and RF JAM Qualifier China in 2024. She is a freestyle world champion aiming to become a choreography world champion.

Kiana Tangonan built her name by racking up multiple viral choreography moments that made her one of the most recognized names in the dance world. She’s shared her movement in camps & conventions worldwide. Now she brings that profile to Jam Republic. Watch what she does with it.

They Are Not Done

The 25 dancers on this Season Roster are not the full story. Carlo Darang, director of Choreo Cookies, is part of the Jam Republic team and will take the floor at select Series events this season. There may be more names to come. This is a Pro Team built with depth at every level, and they are not done making announcements.
